Breast Augmentation Recovery Care
A breast augmentation surgery is actually pulling up a muscle, the pectoralis muscle in this case. That same muscle is lifted up and the implants are placed underneath it. But how does one try to recover from a pulled muscle?
Using that same muscle to stretch and move is actually the key to a faster recovery after breast implants. Most physicians often suggest constantly using the arm and chest muscles as soon as movements can be managed. Doing this will not affect nor deform the breast implants before and after such surgery.
